Andrea Hansen, International President of the Women’s Jewelry Association – is a consummate business development, branding and strategic marketing professional, passionate about creating smart, visionary brands who can influence a new generation of consumers through thoughtful and smart positioning. She is the International President of the Women’s Jewelry Association for 2014/15, and sits on the board of Peace of the Action, an international not-for-profit advisory board that mentors women entrepreneurs to develop and market their products and services in places like Pakistan, Southeast Asia and Latin America. Andrea Hansen started her career in 1985, when she took a summer job working at H.Stern’s world headquarters in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. In 1993, having graduated with a Master’s degree in advertising and marketing at ESPM, and a B.A. in journalism and communications at UERJ, Hansen moved to NY to study business at NYU; she was soon after appointed Marketing Director of H.Stern, North America. By 1995, she had become a vital force in the global repositioning of that illustrious brand, In 1997 Hansen she launched a “Jeweler for the Stars” campaign placing H.Stern jewels on all major Hollywood and International stars for the following 12 years. In 2003, she led the teams that initiated wholesale distribution, opening the market for H.Stern products in 20 new countries, and in 2004 developed a collaborative collection with Diane von Furstenberg. By 2007 H.Stern was well positioned as a leader in the designer fine jewelry arena with over 300 stores in 32 markets. Hansen became the first CEO of the newly launched Ivanka Trump Fine Jewelry brand in 2009, challenged by the namesake founder to create a new brand in the fine jewelry arena. She built a retail and wholesale business spanning 15 countries, placing the collection in over 100 of the top international luxury jewelry retail accounts from NY to Asia and the Middle East and Russia. In 2012, fulfilling her lifelong dream of carving a space devoted to intelligent business development in the jewelry world, combining it with a passion and focus on the role of women in business, Hansen launched LuxeIntelligence, a New York based brand intelligence and global business development firm for jewelry and watch brands.

Douglas D. Cole – is a Managing Partner at Great Bear LLC. Mr. Cole is a Partner of Objective Equity LLC., and oversees all ongoing deal activities. Mr. Cole has worked at Objective Equity LLC since September 2006. He has been in the high technology and clean tech industries as an active and successful entrepreneur since 1977. Mr. Cole founded or co-founded more than seven different companies. He has been in the information technology industry with a focus on sales and marketing for 28 years. Mr. Cole served as Managing Director of San Fransisco at RedChip Companies, Inc. since October 31, 2012. He focused on initial financing, corporate structure and merger and acquisition. Mr. Cole served as the President, Secretary and Treasurer at Bomps Mining, Inc. since April 2010. He served as an Advisor at TWL Corporation since September 2007. Mr. Cole served as the Chief Executive Officer at TWL Corporation, from August 2002 to February 1, 2006 and served as its President since November 25, 2005 and Secretary until December 31, 2007. Mr. Cole served as an Executive Officer at Ensurge Inc. He served as an Executive Vice President at Trinity Companies, since 2002 and Chief Executive Officer until February 1, 2006. Mr. Cole served as the Chief Executive Officer and Interim President at Cable Concepts, Inc., from November 2001 to April 2002. He served as the Chief Executive Officer, President and Principal Accounting Officer from April 1999 to February 2000 at RateXchange. He has been a professional Board Member, Chairman, Chief Executive Officer, President, Vice President of Sales, investor, mentor and consultant since 1980. Mr. Cole served as a Director of Drinks Americas Holdings, Ltd. from May 15, 2012 to January 2013. He has been a Director of First Surgical Partners, Inc. since June 4, 2012. He has been an Independent Director of eWellness Healthcare Corporation since May 2014. He also devotes time to mentoring early stage technology companies and is very active with the University of California, Berkeley. Mr. Cole earned a BA from the University of California, Berkeley in 1978.

Jeremy Avitan, CPA - Baker Street Capital Management, Chief Financial and Compliance Officer – is the Chief Financial and Compliance Officer at Baker Street Capital Management, a SEC-registered deep value investment firm in Los Angeles. At Baker Street, Mr. Avitan developed its financial, operational and compliance infrastructure and is currently responsible for the finance, accounting, operation and compliance functions. Prior to joining Baker Street, Mr. Avitan was a manager at CohnReznick (formerly JH Cohn) in Los Angeles, where he was primarily responsible for identifying opportunities and providing clients with an in-depth financial analysis of their business through annual audits and semi-annual reviews. Mr. Avitan holds a B.A. degree in Business Economics with an emphasis in Accounting from the University of California, Santa Barbara. He is a licensed CPA in the State of California.
