Shawn Leon

Shawn Leon is President of GreeneStone Healthcare Corporation, a publicly listed company and its wholly owned subsidiary, GreeneStone Clinic Toronto. GreeneStone Clinic Toronto is a CPSO approved Endoscopy and Cardiology clinic, and markets private executive medical concierge services. Mr. Leon is also President of GreeenStone Clinic Muskoka, a resort based Medical Clinic and Leon Developments Ltd., which has several sites in various stages of ongoing development.

Prior to these current positions, Mr. Leon has had twenty-five years of experience in managing public and private development stage companies. He has experience in various industries including Industrial Minerals, Aggregates, Oil and Gas, Mining, Financial, Technology, Hospitality and Medical. Mr. Leon has provided financing and capital markets oversight for many of these ventures in Canadian and US markets. Many of these ventures have involved negotiations for mergers and acquisitions.

Shawn's Real Estate development history includes the development of approximately 400,000 square feet of commercial, industrial and residential properties where he was responsible for land acquisition, municipal re-zoning applications, planning and design, and construction.

Shawn completed three years post graduate training in Sales and Marketing at IBM Canada where he focused on small systems marketing in the Printing, Publishing and Graphic Arts Industries. Shawn holds an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Wilfrid Lauier University, 1982.

Dr. Anita Teslak
Vice President, Operations, Executive Health & Performance [-]

Dr. Anita Teslak is the former CEO of Adler International Learning Inc, "a coaching and leadership development firm" as well as the Vice President, Operations of GreeneStone's Executive Performance and Health Division, where she oversees the clinical and coaching networks. Dr. Teslak is a registered licensed psychologist who has held senior leadership roles in the EAP, consulting, and financial industry. In her various roles, she has had the opportunities to coach, consult and counsel at various levels within organizations such as Deloitte and Touche, Loblaws, Centrica, Sprint, Eli Lilly, McMaster University, Schenker Transportation, Pitney Bowes, ResMor, WestHill Community Services, Canada Border Services Agency and others.

Twenty-five years of combined experience speaks to her true understanding of social and financial responsibility. She has successfully partnered with organizations in areas of recruitment and selection, succession planning, team and leadership development, as well as mergers and acquisitions.

Dr. Teslak holds a B.A from York University and an M.A. in Counseling Psychology and doctorate in Clinical Psychology. She is a member in good standing of the College of Psychologists of Ontario, the Ontario Psychological Association, and Canadian Psychological Association. She is a member of the board of trustees for the Psychology Foundation of Canada (chair of the workplace committee). She is an ICF certified coach and a member of (ICF) International Coaching Federation. Dr. Teslak has published "Buying In and "Checking Out": Motivation in the Workplace," in the Journal of Individual Psychology, 2010. Dr. Teslak also developed a survey that measures an individual's level of commitment that can be broadly used called Checking In/Checking OutT, 2010. She also lead the development of a Mental Health Wheel, "Staying on top of Your GameT" by PFC's workplace Mental Health Committee (Chair), June, 2010.
